He has to identify can he prove a perfect match if not, then try some other candidate. If a person is introvert and appointed on position where public dealings and team work is important, in this scenario the employee can't prove a good team player thus, disappointing stance for the higher management. Same is with extrovert, if he is hired in a company where everyone worked independently, and then there is no professional growth or learning on employee part. So in this way this is not a good match for employer and employee. So this is how, habits and attitudes proves crucial for both candidates and the employers.
